By accessing or using LootFYR, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

LootFYR is a deal-discovery and information platform. It aggregates and curates publicly available offers from third-party merchants and marketplaces. LootFYR does not guarantee that any product is available, that any coupon will work, or that any price shown will still be available when you click through.

Deal data is pulled or verified at the time of publishing. Prices, stock, and offer terms can change at any time without notice and without our involvement.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Many links on LootFYR are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we select or how they are presented, but you should know they exist.

Affiliate tracking is handled by cookies or link parameters set at the time of the click. If you use an ad blocker or clear cookies before checkout, attribution may not be recorded.

4. User responsibilities

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the site or its infrastructure.

The LootFYR brand, layout, original text, graphics, and compiled deal content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute LootFYR's original content without permission.

Merchant names, logos, product images, and trademarks displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on LootFYR does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. No warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LootFYR makes no warranty that the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that deal data will always be current or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LootFYR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost savings, expired offers, incorrect merchant information, or missed purchase opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

9. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you have a dispute with a merchant arising from a purchase, that dispute is between you and the merchant. LootFYR is not a party to your purchase contract.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for any user who misuses the site, violates these Terms, or creates legal, security, or reputational risk for LootFYR.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the business location of LootFYR.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of LootFYR after an update is taken as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
